Coronavirus (Covid-19) Customer Information

Our stores and exhibition are temporarily closed, but you may continue to shop online with us, we ship worldwide. We have temporarily reduced our FREE standard UK delivery on all online orders from £50 to £30. Our Kilt Rental service is also temporarily suspended.

We are conscious of the challenges surrounding Coronavirus (Covid-19) and are following the guidance as set out by the UK Government.

It has been advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting Coronavirus (Covid-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. There is no current evidence to suggest that Coronavirus (Covid-19) can be transmitted from packages. Everyone should wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

Parcels can either be left on your front door step and the delivery driver steps back 2 metres, or parcels can be left in a ‘safe place’. Customers do not need to sign for receipt, the delivery driver will log the name of the person accepting the parcel.
